A fun Birthday gift enclosure featuring the That's the Ticket and Hearts a Flutter stamp sets. Diagonal pennants in Tangerine Tango, Rich Razzleberry, and Tempting Turquoise were "hung" on a Whisper White Baker's Twine line strung between two Silver Brads attached to a panel of Whisper White cardstock embossed in the Big Shot with the Perfect Polka Dots Textured Impressions embossing folder and adhered to the Whisper White card base. The birthday package ticket image was stamped on Whisper White cardstock, cut out with Paper Snips, and matted with a piece of Tangerine Tango cardstock punched with the large ticket part of the Ticket Duo Builder punch and adhered at the center of the card front.
