Shimmery Snowflakes (Chrismas Card)
An Christmas card based upon a scrapbook page design featuring a snowflake background created by spritzing Frost White Shimmer Paint in rubbing alcohol over die cut snow flakes (from the Snow Flurry Bigz die). The focal point features snowflakes die cut in the Big Shot using the Snow Flurry Bigz die using Shimmery White cardstock, Champagne Glimmer Paper, and Silver Glimmer Paper. Adhered to the center of the snowflake is a large Vintage Faceted Designer Button with a Large Jewels Basic Pearl at the center. The sentiment was created by stamping "Peace on Earth" from the Greetings of the Season stamp set on Shimmery White cardstock, punching it out with the Extra Large Oval punch, and adhering it to a piece of Red Glimmer Paper and the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals. A piece of Whisper White 3/8" Taffeta ribbon was threaded between the two pieces, wrapped around the card front and knotted to the right of the sentiment.
